With respect to the recruitment of your key person in the Philippines, we can facilitate on your behalf the drafting of job requirements and posting via the internet (e.g. Jobstreet.com), scheduling applicants for interviews, ensuring strict compliance with the Philippine Labor Code in consultation with our partnering law firm and providing advice with regard to remuneration guidelines, benefits and contract terms.  We also work with and can refer local recruitment firms.

After the incorporation, we can provide you with ongoing management and support, including the review of accounting and tax compliance, using our existing staff in Manila. We can fulfil certain roles in terms of ongoing management and reporting of local issues.
